Dear Team—

I understand you all just finished your meeting - I hope you’re as excited as I am with the recent updates. Last time I shared you all a update, I mentioned the following: “I believe in this crew. You all are some of the most driven and creative developers we have had the opportunity to partner with - and we’re eager for that relationship to continue.”

With your dedication and versatility, particularly over the last year, you repeatedly show that.

The community feedback from last autumn’s the game testing phase was revealing. It confirmed the potential of a action-packed game but indicated we still had work to do. It uncovered the requirement for a sharper brand.

It has been motivating to see how far you’ve progressed. You took the input to mind and overhauled Project ETHOS with a refreshed goal - one that’s poised to achieve its potential to our players.

The belief in Project ETHOS strengthens every day. To further the incredible advancement you’ve made, It is a pleasure to announce the new hire as the incoming Lead of 31st Union. After several months of discussions, he starts with us on the specified date.

His management and experience in the PVP shooter genre is considerable, having spent the last 15 years creating and leading some of the most well-known franchises in gaming, for example the acclaimed shooter, and most recently, Apex Legends.

Let’s together in greeting him in the coming days. We are all looking forward to keep observing the progress of the game in the months to follow.
